This Method Will Improve Your Vision Completely!
We all know that if a group of muscles is not used for a long time, they become weaker.
It’s like when someone injures the leg and then uses and wheelchair for a long time, so the leg will become weaker. It’s the same case with the eye lens’ muscles.
The vision will gradually weaken if you don’t do exercises for your eyes. The muscles around the eyes require exercise as the other body muscles.
In the restoration process of the vision you will have to follow these rules:
-Avoid hard eye pressure and you will have to close the eyes for few minutes on every two to three hours;
-You have to implement eye gymnastics which contains sixteen exercises. You should follow the lines with the eyes);
-Remove your glasses;
-You should implement a daily massage on the specific points:
Press lightly the eyeball with the tips of the middle and index finger so you do not feel any pain. After that, press these points twice with the index finger.
-It is important to look into distance during your walks outside;
-You should constantly drink a carrot juice with a few drops of olive oil in it;
-You should rinse the eyes with a warm water;
-Do not use the lap top or the PC at least two hours before you go to sleep;
-You should perform the “Trataka” an Indian exercise so you can establish the vision:
A focused and moderated look is a meditation form that directs the concentration at a particular point such as black spot, candle light and small object for stimulating the 3rd eye, strengthening of the eyesight and developing focus. This is the Trataka exercise.
The 1st phase of this exercise is when you have to focus on some object or symbol or stare constantly and pay attention to every thought and every emotion and realize them just in order to have clear thoughts and mind concentrated on the symbol.
