What if I told you that by doing only one, yes one exercise you can tighten every muscle in your body and help you get rid of that extra fat? It is true, there is something you can do, and it will be the best exercise you ever started doing!

Have you ever heard of the plank? I am sure you have, but it is one of the most underestimated exercises on the planet. It uses not only the abs but the muscles in the entire body. The point of the exercise is that you should float above the floor for several minutes, relying on your hands/forearms and feet for support. Believe me to be in this position for even two minutes is not an easy task. But a large number of muscles are activated, and as a result you will have a strong back, tight rear, shapely legs, flat stomach, and tone arms.

The plank requires no movement, although you can add it in for the extra push if you desire. 

The body needs to be in a straight line from your head to your heels, relying on your hands or forearms and the tips of your feet for support. 

Keep the body as flat as possible, strain the abdominal muscles but do not relax. Try not to lower your hips.

Feet should be hip width apart.

Legs should be straight and tight, otherwise, the pressure in the right abdominal muscle, this is to reserve the lumbar spine.

Buttocks should be stretched, do not let it relax until the very end.

Back should be straight, posture, posture, posture!

Stomach should be tight, pull the abdominal muscles in like a corset!

Hold this position as long as you can. Start by holding this position for 30 seconds, gradually work your way up to 2-5 minutes. After a break of two minutes, repeat for 5 repetitions. You can do this!
