  • Click on Start
  • Select All Program menu
  • Accessories
  • Select Command Prompt and run it as administrator
  • Now type or copy paste the following line in command prompt and hit Enter

netsh int tcp show global
netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp
