These Streets Aren't Your Average Streets!

Imagine walking down a street, you go to turn the corner and BAM! A pink street as far the eye can see. Or how about a street that has colorful umbrellas floating above your head?

I've never seen streets anything like these streets below. If you're ever in the area you should definitely go check them out! :)

1. Blue Street in Chefchaouen, Morocco

Chefchaouen was painted blue by the Jewish refugees who lived there during the 1930s.

2. Knockoff Street in Wuxi, China

These stores were made to look like knockoffs of major companies. These signs were put there to show what the street could actually look like being occupied by those companies. These are actually just empty stores with knockoff brand signs.

3. Vila de Gracia in Barcelona, Spain

There is always some type of party happening here! There is always a big competition for the best decorated street :)

4. Floating Umbrella Street in Ɓgueda, Portugal

A colorful roof made of umbrellas that protect you from the hot sun. Neat!

5. Cracked Stones Street in Enschede, The Netherlands

You can cross the lovely stream with these jagged stepping stones.

6. The Magic Carpet Streets in La Orotava, Canary Islands

During Corpus Christi, the streets cobble stones are covered with flowers! A beautiful sight to see indeed.

7. Geometric Streets in Vercorin, Switzerland

Every year, the small Switzerland ski town village of Vercorin asks artists to come and create something during the summer months. This summer they painted geometric lines that ran through the entire village!

8. The Pink Street in Lisbon, Portugal

An entire pink that was painted pink

9. The Only Right-Hand-Drive Street in London, England

This is the only named street in the United Kingdom where vehicles are required to drive on the right.
